قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : إن الشيطان قال وعزتك يا رب لا أبرح أغوي عبادك ما دامت أرواحهم في أجسادهم فقال الرب تبارك وتعالى : وعزتي وجلالي لا أزال أغفر لهم ما استغفروني.
The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Shayṭān said (to Allāh) ‘By your Honor, O Lord, I will not stop misleading Your slaves as long as they have their souls in their bodies so the Lord Tabārak Wa Ta'ālā said ‘By my Honor and Majesty, I will continue to forgive them as long as they seek my forgiveness’.”
